Some quick answers to phone calls we have been getting recently,

• As you know we are modelers ourselves and very attuned to providing excellent customer service. This is not lip service, we mean it. For this reason we have decided to appoint Representatives in each country we sell to so that there is Local involvement with customers. Customers want and also have a right to high quality service on all matters, sales, repairs and technical assistance. We aim to provide it!
  
• We support Open Source software as a matter of good business practice, checkout the 'Links' page for some useful sites. Also if you are ready for the power of Linux and you are into electronics, programming or Computer Aided Manufacture then check out 'side4linux' our very own contribution to Open Source.
• We are doing a lot of 1.5cc related stuff at the moment such as the SPEED Inc. T09TBRD so I thought I might get the Toolroom to fast track the AA09TBRD Classic as there is a need for such a radial ported engine in some of the 2cc Retro events. So the timing on the release of a small advance batch will be much sooner than the proposed 2012 date.
• The newly established Rebore and Repair Service is being well patronized but just for the record "we only look after the well being of most Taipans, Glo-Chief, DB and AA engines only". So if you are looking for repairs to another brand then you certainly have our sympathy but we are unable to help fix it, sorry!
  
• And other stuff? Yes there is other stuff, but later!
